MISSION
Protecting and promoting Human Rights is the heart of the organization and will strive to provide a safe space without judgement for anyone who is looking for their voice to be heard. This includes individuals going through a difficult time who can ease their burdens by talking about their situation and finding solutions through advocacy, emotional support, sharing, promoting social gatherings, self-esteem, confidence building, positive relationship building, and life changing acts of kindness.
HKBB is committed to protecting Human Rights and delivering kindness through action. The organization will promote the beauty of humanity by supporting and modeling acts of kindness to have a positive impact in the community by educating the importance of the the rights of humanity.
VISION
The primary focus is to increase awareness on Human Rights and support the most vulnerable. HKBB will promote beauty from within by supporting and modeling acts of kindness and opening opportunities to have a positive impact in the community. The group is passionate about giving a voice to those who are not being heard. This will be achieved through listening and supporting the community through positive communication and environment to build and inclusive world around us. The organization will launch a podcast that will focus on improving life and relationships through kindness, coping, and healing.
HISTORY
The founders have been active in their community for many years and have seen first-hand that structured and supportive programs can have an extremely positive impact on vulnerable and underserved populations. They intend to support each client and help put measures into place that will provide confidence as they work through challenges. They, along with their employees, will strive to serve the community with compassion, respect, and dedication.

About Us
Canton Ojos de Agua Project
Deacon Israel Melara moved to the community of Torola, Morazán, with a deep commitment to serving its people, partnering with Human Kind, Be Both Inc. to create lasting change. The project began before the COVID-19 pandemic and, despite its promising start, has since faced significant challenges, including the loss of external support and resources due to the pandemic.
The heart of the initiative is a church that has been built primarily by the hands of community volunteers. These dedicated individuals, motivated by their faith and desire to see their community thrive, have come together to create a place of worship and support.
The goal of this project is two-fold: first, to raise funds for essential materials required to reinforce and strengthen the church’s structure, ensuring its safety and accessibility for future generations; and second, to revive and rebuild the broader community around the church, fostering an environment of collaboration, faith, and growth.

Be Kind Program
HKBB has developed the second program within their organization, Be Kind Program which also shares the organization’s missions and values but offers distinct support services. The Be Kind Program offers tailored resources for each individual’s needs. In this program individuals share their housing, financial, employment, education, spiritual, mental/ physical health, and safety goals. While they share their goals, HKBB maps out a customized resource plan for the individual to review and follow. These plans are filled with actionable tasks that can be completed with reasonable efforts. Creating these plans ensures that each individual feels like they have a team that is on their side while alleviating any extra stress for the individual. HKBB recognizes the importance of humans mental and physical health and because of this the organization dedicates their efforts into alleviating any undue stress a human may be feeling and with that educating on the importance human rights and anti-trafficking efforts.
Beauty in Kindness Program, we offer complimentary makeovers for underprivileged communities such in battered women’s shelters, youth centers and maternity homes at the same time educating on mental health, anti-trafficking efforts, self-care, self-growth, stress management and most importantly human rights education. HKBB is committed to protecting Human Rights and delivering kindness through action and we promote the beauty of humanity by making a positive impact within the communities that are the most vulnerable. The most beautiful part of all, the women that provide these services are mental health professionals such as therapists, lawyers, physicians, law enforcement, teachers, as well as survivors and other professionals that also have beauty backgrounds. At HKBB we believe that beauty is a source of confidence, empowerment and dignity. That is why this program is created specifically for those who often go unseen, unheard and underserved.
